Dwtn.
Revitalization - Litchy - reviewed the study and received a copy of
the study, comments went back to Cynthia Strack for feedback.
St.
Joseph Community Night - Should we do something other than the
RiverBats evening. It would be more dollars in our pockets by doing
our own event. Will keep you updated on ideas.
Winter
Warm-Up - Any opposition to moving the event to the 2nd Friday in
February? There are a lot of conflicts this year. We'll do it the
second Friday.
6th
District Congressional Candidate - Bob Hill.
Peter
Omann - Omann Insurance. Auto-Owners tries to bring groups together
to get discounts on insurance. However, they want a group at least as
big of 100 and our members are only about 43 - so we are not quite
eligible. If we sign up - the agent has 110 days to prospect chamber
members. Once our membership is larger, we could ask Auto-Owners to
consider us.
Chamber
Bucks - Mike McDonald will have full presentation for Oct. meeting.
Nominations - Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary - deadline for
nominations are the second Tuesday in Oct. - one week before the
meeting.

from 11 - 5 p.m. More than 30 artists. Music from start to finish.
Downtown eateries will have specials. Please come see our PedalPub.
Habitat
for Humanity - Has been gathering lots of support from St. Joseph, the
Monastery, the Colleges, fundraiser from Central MN FCU Golf
Tournament, etc. Need another $50,000 in cash or in-kind donations.
Would like to break ground this fall. Celebrates the 150 anniversary
of the monastery. Jim Graeve - lots of success from in-kind
donations. Mike Deutz will dig the foundation. Construction
committee and Finance committee are looking for members. We need
volunteers to follow-up on letters sent out to the community. Please
contact Jim Gra eve.
Old
Business - Gunderson - it's the end of Sept. and the lunch with Santa
fund is anemic, he is willing to head up a committee to get things
going, please contact Gunderson or Davey.

their membership fee. Any objections to sending out invoices to the
45 businesses?
