Business -
Community Holiday Party - Sat., Dec. 1 - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Molly
will see if we can get some students to volunteer to help the day
of the event. Troy Gunderson is the chair of the committee. We
need help in the form of donations and volunteer help the day of
the event. Please contact Gunderson at The Newsleaders to get
involved. A motion was made to approve the same amount to spend
as last year.
Light-Up St. Joseph - did not get off the ground this year. In
planning we should set up a committee in Aug of 2008.
Winter-Warm Up - First Friday in February. Needs people to get
door prizes and an emcee for the event. Chad is in favor of
hiring Scott Novotny for the event.
Standard Mailing permit - Tony Terwey - the opportunity exists to
have a Chamber mailing permit that way anyone who was a member of
the chamber could use it instead of having their own permit. Cost
is $175 for the permit. Let Tony know if you are interested.
Veteran's Day wrap-up
Wobegon Trailhead Plaque - does anyone have the list of
sponsor's? Are we interested in putting a plaque in place? We
should check out the plaques along the trail (Sauk Centre,
Freeport, Avon) to see what they have done.

Downtown Revitilization - Chad Davey has a lot of detail about the
new study. Come to the next meeting for details.
Jane
Litchy needs sub-committee for the Fireworks. Five people for 1/2
an hour during the fireworks to monitor the boundary. Two people
to stretch tape around the boundary. Four to Five people for one
hour for clean-up.
